Compagnie Pâtissière specialize in frozen tartes for large retailers, restaurateurs and bakery shops.

Exclusively composed of pastry artisans who primarily worked in pastry shops, our team offers you a faultless quality and authentic traditional taste.

1995: Creation of Patisca, supplier of frozen desserts and pastries in Aix en Provence and south of France.

2003: Due to the success and increasing volumes, the original workshop expends its facilities with a new and larger production plant.

2008: "MS Production" led by Marc Siari and Christophe Mayeur, buy the factory and apply proven management methods within the supermarket specialized channels.
